What You’ll Do:
1. Develop & Implement Pricing Strategies – Lead pricing initiatives across our full product portfolio, collaborating with local teams to drive sustainable growth.
2. Analyze Market Trends – Gather and interpret data to stay ahead of pricing and market dynamics.
3. Optimize Profitability – Identify margin leakage, propose pricing targets, and challenge sales & marketing approaches to maximize revenue.
4. Lead Pricing Governance – Oversee pricing frameworks, manage KPIs, and lead monthly pricing steering committees.
5. Enhance Analytics Tools – Ensure data consistency, improve pricing toolkits, and train teams to leverage analytics effectively.
What You Bring to the Table:
1. Experience & Expertise – 5+ years in pricing, data management, or analytics, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies (dynamic/value-based).
2. Analytical & Strategic Thinking – You love numbers, but more importantly, you know how to turn them into real-world business solutions.
3. Technical Skills – Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with pricing tools, and the ability to manage complex data models.
4. Strong Communication & Leadership – Ability to engage stakeholders, drive pricing initiatives, and coach teams on best practices.
5. Commercial Mindset – A deep understanding of revenue drivers and how pricing impacts profitability.
