The Role: As a Group Exercise Coordinator you’ll be responsible for managing the design and delivery of a high-quality, varied and customer-focused Group Exercise Class Timetable. You will ensure we achieve/move towards our company benchmark of 25% of our members taking part in Group Exercise by engaging new members and growing a positive perception of our Group Exercise offering in the local marketplace. What does the role involve? A hands-on role that requires you to: To engage all self-employed (contractors) Group Exercise Class instructors and develop a sense of team. To administer all contractor invoices following financial guidelines in place. To be fully accountable for monthly spend versus budget. Deliver and be accountable for a Group Exercise participation of 25%. To collate all relevant documents for all contractors – contracts/insurances/qualifications and ensure these are always up to date. To regularly promote the exercise class timetable to all members, casual users and non-users in conjunction with the Marketing Team. To regularly coordinate and work collaboratively with our Community Health and Wellbeing Manager on any community projects. To fully organise events and new class launches as required. To ensure all classes are adequately resourced and contingency plans are fully in place to cover classes for holidays/sickness. To update all contractor contact details for use by others as necessary. Liaise and support finance teams on any workstreams related to invoicing, data and policy Perform other duties as assigned by the Commercial Director to meet the needs of the business.
