Thesuccessful applicant will:
* Helpthe Chef to deliver food serviceofhigh qualitywithin thehomeandalsowith meal service to theresidents.
* Demonstratethe uppermoststandards in cleanliness food safety andhygienein the kitchenarea includingall equipment andappliancesadhering to allregulatory and statutory requirements andcompany policies andprocedures.
* Responsiblefor the cleaning and washing of everything to do with the mealsfrom the workstation and equipmentutilized in foodpreparation to any utensils usedduring themeal.
* istthe HousekeepingSupervisor withproviding refreshments for the residents and guestsat thehome.
* Guaranteethat areas suchas dining rooms andothers are cleanand stocked appropriately.
* Beorganised and good at keepingrecordsas well asable to followrecipes.

Someonewho can deliver a level of carethat truly comes from theheart making sure our residents never losetheir dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved ingeneral activities within theCareHome. And whetheryou are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use anaid offering emotional support to a confused or distressed residentor delivering care to someone at the end of their life you willalways have their wellbeing in mind above anythingelse.
