About the Role: Deliver engaging and practical Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering topics such as programming, algorithms, data handling, and online safety. Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate coding projects, problem-solving activities, and ethical considerations in technology. Assess student progress through coding assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to extracurricular coding clubs or digital literacy initiatives. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Computer Science or a related field. A good understanding of computer science principles and programming concepts. Experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level is desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A commitment to the school's Catholic ethos and values, and an understanding of the ethical implications of technology.
