Your duties will include:
1. Manage daily administrative tasks such as student records and scheduling
2. Coordinate communication between staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders
3. Assist in organising school events, meetings, and activities
4. Handle inquiries from parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
5. Support teachers and staff with administrative needs to create a productive learning environment
6. Collaborate with the school leadership team to implement effective policies and procedures
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in school administration or a related field is preferred
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software
5. Knowledge of educational policies and procedures is a plus
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
