Position: Sales Manager
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 base + commission (OTE up to £65,000)
About Us:
We are a dynamic IT support company specializing in Fixed Price Contract IT Support for businesses. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the business owner to develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, focusing on building our presence on LinkedIn and enhancing our website to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the business owner to create and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
2. Overhaul and optimize our LinkedIn profiles and website to reflect our services.
3. Generate leads from LinkedIn through posts, articles, and proactive networking.
4. Identify and secure new Fixed Price Contract IT Support customers.
5. Achieve the target of signing the first contract support customer generating £50,000/year in revenue within the first two months.
6. Bring a new contract support customer each month on average.
7. Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in sales, ideally in the IT services sector.
2. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a lead generation tool.
3. Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies from scratch.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Rewards:
1. Base salary of £30,000 – £35,000, plus commission based on the monthly value of new contracts.
2. Realistic earnings potential up to £65,000 if you successfully deliver target sales.
