FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Trainee Administrator to work within our Water and Drainage Management department. As our Trainee Administrator, you will be providing an effective and efficient administration service to the team. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our depot in Winchester, Hampshire.
The duties of our Trainee Administrator:
You will be working towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
-Monitoring and responding to correspondence and requests via shared email inboxes
-Completing data checks
-Building close relationships with external stakeholders and other members of staff
-Delivering all administration services in accordance with agreed company systems and processes to include the bonus register, holiday forms and sickness recording
What skills and experience do you need?
To be successful in this role, you must have experience using Microsoft Office, a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
