About the role:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and franchise partners. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and social media, delivering quick, effective, and friendly solutions. Your role will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive experience across all touchpoints.
This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing timely, professional, and friendly assistance.
• Engagement: Deliver on-brand responses on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and assist customers with inquiries, issues, or feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and provide valuable insights into customer needs and preferences.
• Customer Retention: Help build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns efficiently.
• Franchise Partner Assistance: Offer phone-based support to our franchise partners, addressing their questions and ensuring they have the information they need.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically.
• A customer-first mindset, with a passion for solving problems and helping others.
• Social media proficiency, particularly in engaging with customers on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Experience with Zendesk (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
• Flexibility to work rotating hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
