1. Microsoft PC applications.
2. PC hardware and software support.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software incidents.
4. On-site support experience supporting multiple operating systems.
5. IT customer service focus
What you will be doing;
6. Troubleshoot and resolve onsite PC incidents.
7. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
8. Staging of PCs.
9. Hardware & software maintenance and support.
10. Asset management.
11. Coordinate with Break/Fix vendor for hardware repair.
