Role: Project Manager
Rate: inside IR35
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week onsite in Northampton
Duration: 6 months initially
BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ALM/ Risk Models/Reporting/ Treasury domain based on the below JD:
1. Support for Change Managers: Assist change delivery managers in delivering projects successfully while ensuring adherence to governance standards and alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Compliance Oversight: Ensure programs comply with the Control Framework, maintaining oversight of controls and governance standards.
3. Standardization: Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and methodologies to support effective project delivery.
4. Project Monitoring: Track project performance, including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide status reports to senior management.
5. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
6. Governance Facilitation: Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies effectively.
7. Training and Support: Provide change management framework training to project managers and stakeholders to enhance project delivery skills.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in project management practices and implement changes for better project outcomes.
9. Strategic Advice and Influence: Offer expert advice to senior management, influence decisions, and contribute to strategic initiatives within the function.
10. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact point for key clients and stakeholders, representing the function and business division both internally and externally.
