Document Production Associate
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus 30% shift allowance (£33,800 total)
Location: Leeds, LS10 1AB
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday, 8pm-5am with 1 hour break
Work model: Fully onsite

Purpose of role
The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients.
Key responsibilities
1. Utilise appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work
2. Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
3. Perform work in document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed
4. Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction
5. Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns
6. Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients
7. Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
8. Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client
9. Perform quality assurance on work, as requested
10. Adhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policies
11. Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
Personal attributes
12. High school diploma or equivalent
13. Minimum (1) year document production experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
14. Skilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills
15. Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents
16. Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
17. Must have good organizational skills
18. Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
19. Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
20. Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
21. Good problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level
22. Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
23. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
24. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
25. Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
26. Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude
27. Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
