We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to customers and colleagues.
Main Purpose of Job:
* To ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person visits.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience.
* Proven technical support experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
