IT Project Manager required to take on all business systems and programmes for this technology-focused Tour & Travel Company. This is a full-time office-based position in Blackpool.
Working closely with 3rd party technology and development companies, you will manage and deliver all technology projects according to business requirements. This will include solutions definition, managing requirements, supplier workloads, development resources, and budgets.
You will also have responsibility for an IT Assistant and will need to support aspects of their workload from time to time.
Salary: £40K to £50K plus pension, 25 days holidays, with the opportunity to purchase more.
Location: Blackpool, Lancashire - Office Based 5 days a week.

Requirements:
* Must have worked as an IT Project Manager, IT Systems Manager, or IT Manager working on development, applications, and infrastructure projects.
* Experience in the Travel & Tourism sector, Group Travel, or Travel Technology space is a plus.
* Programme Management and Business Analysis exposure is ideal but not essential.
* Experience in managing third-party technology supplier relationships to ensure expected delivery.
* Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Commercial and financial awareness.
* Experience of project delivery with technical, CRM, document, and content supplier companies.
* Strong analytical skills, the ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to enhance them.
* Experience in mapping processes and solutions and communicating these clearly to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence and monitoring.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Adaptable and flexible with a positive approach to work and a passion for exceptional service delivery.
* Experience with Data Warehouse and MI tools is ideal.
