Reporting to the Digital & Customer Director, the Head of Digital Experience will lead our large, global Ecommerce Team, consisting of Visual Merchandising; Ecommerce Operations; Copywriting and UX Analysis.
As the senior leader within the team you will be responsible for all team strategy, output and processes within the team. You will work closely with a wide number of internal teams to ensure that we are providing seamless, high performing experiences that showcase our products and messages in an optimal way, across our global storefronts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Responsible for the onsite experience of our customers, across web and app, and across all global storefronts. Ensuring that we offer our customers an engaging, optimised and high performing shopping experience.
* Leading a team of Ecommerce Assistants, Copywriters, Visual Merchandisers and UX Analysts, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
* Responsible for defining the onsite search and merchandising strategy, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider, Bloomreach.
* Embracing a data-driven approach and embedding a test-and-learn mindset, within the team, and across the wider business.
* Working with UX Analysts, responsible for the User Experience and Conversion Rate Optimisation roadmaps.
* Be the face of the Ecommerce team, interfacing with peers across PLT and the wider Boohoo Group.
* Overseeing and leading on the onsite personalisation strategy.
* Ensuring products, product visibility and site navigation are fully optimised.
* Defining reporting and analysis requirements, to demonstrate value and feed into wider business decisions.
* Managing third party relationships and continually reviewing the value that new and existing partners can add.
* Providing requirements to the tech team to further develop our tools and systems.
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends and being across new opportunities.
* Ensuring the accurate delivery of campaign launches and promotions.
