We are currently looking for a new Health and Safety Consultant to join an expanding Health, Safety, and Risk Management consultancy, working with a diverse client base across South East England.

This role will be home based, giving you the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of clients and plan your own diary. You will be working with clients across a range of industry sectors from care homes to manufacturing – an excellent opportunity to broaden your horizons and develop as a safety professional. You will also be part of a dedicated and growing business alongside other experienced safety professionals.
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out audits on client sites to ensure business compliance with relevant safety regulations.
2. Acting as a trusted point of call and advisor to a portfolio of clients to provide support and guidance around health and safety.
3. Undertaking risk assessments and implementing controls to minimise hazards within client’s workplace.
4. Completing fire risk assessments on client premises.
5. Delivering training to staff including IOSH Managing Safely courses.
6. Helping clients develop clear and actionable health and safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
1. NEBOSH Diploma or level 6 equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. Experience or qualification in Fire Safety is desirable.
3. Full UK Driving License.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Client facing or multisite experience is ideal.
