About this Role
The Rosary Catholic Primary School is a good school (Ofsted, June 2024 & CSI, Jan 2024). We are a strong, united family who are fully committed to developing the whole child in an inclusive and caring school environment and we are incredibly proud of the very positive relationships we have with all in our school community. Our school is built on values that resonate deeply: Respect, Love, Aspiration, Inclusivity, and Curiosity. These aren’t just words; they shape everything we do, from the way we teach to the way we care for one another. Every child who walks through our doors is seen, valued, and encouraged to be their best self.
Our Head Teacher retired at the end of last academic year and our full focus at the time was on school improvement. We are now ready to appoint an inspirational and passionate Head Teacher of The Rosary who will build on the success of the last two years and the Catholic ethos of our school.

3. Be an approachable and excellent communicator who is able to liaise at all levels and with all members of our school community.
4. Participate fully in the life of the school and wider community.
5. Work with the Head Teachers of the other schools within the LWCET, under the direction of the CEO, as well as reporting to the Local Governing Committee (LGC) as an ex-Officio member of the LGC.
6. Have a proven track record of leading a wide range of whole school initiatives which have positively impacted attainment and progress of the pupils.
We can offer you:
1. Pupils who demonstrate a strong sense of belonging to this welcoming, inclusive Catholic community.
2. A strong team of experienced, committed and welcoming staff and governors.
3. Well-resourced curriculum areas, and the support of a strong LWCET SEND team to ensure our children receive the additional support they may need.
