Based at our main HQ, you will take ownership of managing all production assets, ensuring seamless organisation and distribution. Production Asset Management: - Oversee and maintain all production assets stored at HQ. - Meticulously organise inventory and keep accurate records. 2. Packing and Distribution: - Prepare and pack bags for distribution to various resorts. - Ensure all items are properly packed and accounted for. - The role will include delivery of items to parks and resorts. 3. Collaboration & Support: - Work closely with the content team to provide assistance and support, facilitating the smooth running of productions and events. 4. Purchasing & Ordering: - Assist in sourcing and ordering props, costumes, and accessories for productions and events. - Ensure timely delivery while operating within budgetary constraints Qualifications: - Previous experience in a production or administrative role preferred. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Creative mind set with an aptitude for problem-solving. - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION This role reports to Creative Producers/Head of Content. The hours are full time with a standard week being 37.5 hours, with core hours of availability between 9am and 5pm.
