We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Consultant within our Skipton branch. You have the opportunity to join our team and become one of the faces of Skipton Building Society. Our purpose is to help more people have a home, help people save for life ahead and support long term financial wellbeing.
You will engage in conversations to find out our customers’ needs, providing information about our full savings range, products, and services. You will also engage with our customers through our ‘My Review’ appointments, understanding and discussing their financial goals in a friendly conversation. By listening to and getting to know our customers, you will help them review their circumstances and identify the most appropriate products to suit their needs.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Engaging, understanding, and identifying customer needs through asking great questions and listening.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch with enthusiasm.
* Conducting ‘My Review’ customer appointments face to face, virtually, or by telephone.
* Proactively contacting customers to identify and discuss their needs.
* Educating customers on a range of products and services.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting vulnerable customers appropriately.
* Adhering to appropriate policies and standards.

* Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment.
