Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
Assess, record, and report on students progress and attainment
Set high expectations for students' behaviour, motivation, and achievement
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work and resources
Differentiate learning to cater to a range of abilities and learning styles
Contribute to the schools pastoral care and house system
Engage in professional development and training opportunities
Participate in extracurricular science clubs, trips, or enrichment activities
Support the school's ethos and uphold professional standards
