We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work for our well established and market leading client based in Hinckley. You will provide bespoke HR documentation support. Looking after a wide range of industries setting up their company policies, contracts and handbooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation as well as first class customer service skills.
This is a full-time permanent HR Administrator position, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!

Responsibilities
1. Drafting employment documentation for clients
2. Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner
3. Guide clients with all employment law/HR enquiries (VC, phone, email)
4. Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
5. Ensuring you are up to date with legislation changes

6. Proactive and creative problem solver
7. Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
8. A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure
9. Customer service
10. Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
11. An enthusiasm for generating new business referrals
12. Ability to learn, research and interpret law quickly and effectively
