Role responsibilities
* Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
* Assisting with corporate and personal tax computations and submissions
* Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting
* Liaising directly with clients to gather information and respond to queries
* Working alongside senior team members on advisory and planning assignments
* Keeping client records up to date and maintaining compliance with relevant deadlines
* Contributing to team discussions and continuously developing technical knowledge

Candidate requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or currently studying towards qualification
* Minimum of three years’ experience in an accountancy practice
* Strong understanding of accounts preparation and tax fundamentals
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Tax experience is desirable but not essential
* A proactive and organised mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
