Working with a team of nurses and District Nursing sisters you will be independently visiting clients in their own home to deliver care. You will need to have a range of skills including wound care, catheterising, venepuncture and skin management. Main duties of the job Main Duties: You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident with using IT systems. Newly qualified staff welcome.
