The Opportunity
Join RIMOWA as our In-Store Operations Manager for our Flagship Store and be part of a brand that stands for quality, innovation, and timeless design. This position will have a strong focus on store operations, facility management, client care and after sales.
Your mission
* Lead your team in the flagship store alongside the Store Director and hold a leadership and management position in their absence.
* Provide support to ensure store operations are carried out efficiently. At RIMOWA our deputy store managers support the store directors with task delegation, cashiering, personal management and inventory management.
* You are also responsible for building, managing and developing a thriving store team.
* Drive strategic growth through careful analysis of product and consumer trends. Support the store director in driving sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journey is our top priority.
* VIP Client Management: Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty. Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clientele/prospect customers and foster a strong private appointment culture.
* Aligning with the store director's strategic vision, manage all aspects of the Client Care Service in the Store, adapt global strategies to ensure high-quality customer care post-purchase, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to the overall growth and success of RIMOWA.
* Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. A team player at RIMOWA is diplomatic, embodies our values, collaborates with their colleagues and is always there to lift the team spirit.

Your experience and skills
* Experience working with Client Care and Store Operations.
* Passionate about storytelling, lifestyle, luxury and travel.
* Experienced with people management (min 5 years) and look to drive personal growth for those in your team.
* Strong leadership skills and experience with training and coaching team members.
* Confident in your inter-personal skills and excel in dealing with both team members and clientele.
* Enthusiastic about retail and delivering memorable experiences for our clientele.
* Have a great eye for visual details and are eager to achieve team objectives.
* Proactive in how you approach clientele, build long-term relationships and approach each situation with a collaborative spirit.
* Experienced in the luxury sector.
* Computer skills proficient with digital tools and POS.
* Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
