Part Time Administration Assistant
Location: Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week, working Thursdays and Fridays, + Holiday cover as required. (Working hours either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm)

As they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting their day-to-day activities.
The Role
They are seeking a Permanent Part-time Administration Assistant to play a key role in supporting their Admin Department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of their organisation and develop your career in administrative support.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative team, responsible for a range of tasks that keep their operation running smoothly. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to maintaining the company's efficient and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.
2. Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
3. Support with documentation including employee onboarding paperwork and maintaining personal records.
4. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
5. Assist with the raising and completion of purchase orders on their in-house software.
6. Assist with processing orders and updating department trackers.
7. Assist with import and export documentation and requests.
8. Receive and reconcile internal deliveries.
9. Package and label goods for dispatch.
10. Arrange couriers on various networks.
11. Assist with in-house events.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Prior administrative experience of at least five years, excellent organisational and communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people.
3. Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
6. Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
7. Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
8. Enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible in your approach.
