What are you responsible for?
1. Partner with customers to understand their challenges and gather requirements before designing, configuring, and delivering solutions as a part of paid consultancy projects.
2. Coordinate with colleagues to track and manage project milestones, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
3. Develop deep expertise in a variety of products to ensure the best possible customer outcomes and provide ongoing value.
4. Drive the functional integration of the company’s product suite, enhancing overall effectiveness with customers and supporting the transition to cloud-based systems.
5. Document and test workflows to maintain transparency, consistency, and the highest quality standards in all delivered solutions.
6. Lead client meetings with a focus on fostering collaborative success and maintaining open communication.
7. Provide training for end users and administrators on solution usage and maintenance to ensure long-term adoption and efficiency.
8. Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities within existing consulting engagements, contributing to overall revenue growth.
9. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships within existing accounts, delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.
10. Travel to client sites and company locations may be occasionally required for meetings or project work, possibly including international travel.

10. Solid understanding of statistical and scientific mathematical principles, with the ability to apply these to real-world problems in technical environments.
11. Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Python, VBA, API integration, SQL, Excel (advanced functions), Morphit, BioRails, or similar tools relevant to the role.
12. Background in lab science, drug development, or a related field is preferred, providing context and domain expertise for working with Life Sciences clients.
