About the Role:
We are looking for a talented 3D & Motion Designer to join our design department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visuals, animations, and motion graphics that bring our brand to life across various platforms. Responsibilities:
* Develop and create 3D models, textures, and animations for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, product visualizations, and brand campaigns.
* Conceptualize and execute dynamic 3D scenes and animations that enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
* Optimize 3D assets for use across different media, ensuring quality and performance.
* Design and animate compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics for videos, presentations, and digital content.
* Create visually appealing transitions, effects, and animations that align with the brand’s visual identity.
* Work closely with graphic designers to ensure cohesive visual communication across all projects.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that elevate our design output.
* Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets and motion design templates that can be reused across projects.
* Ensure all design assets are organized and accessible, adhering to file management best practices.
* Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design and motion graphics.
* Experiment with new techniques and software to continually improve the quality of your work.
* Be flexible in adapting to new challenges and project requirements as they arise.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a 3D designer and motion graphics artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
* Proficiency in 3D modelling and animation software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Familiarity with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling 3D designs.
* Keen eye for detail, color, composition, and form.
* Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
* Be flexible and willing to work outside of regular business hours if needed to accommodate urgent project needs.
