Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Developing and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Managing the pipeline of NGED licensed customer Project Progressions, ensuring efficient gathering of requirements and effective contract production. Developing systems and standard approaches that align robust commercial contracts with technical delivery capabilities. Collaborating closely with Connections stakeholders to ensure contractual processes meet the needs of NGED customers, internal procedures, and regulatory compliance. Shaping and embedding future connection process initiatives, such as Clean Power 2030 and Connection Reform, to drive successful implementation. Leading and influencing industry and legislative changes to enhance NGED's commercial and contractual strategy. Work closely with NESO to provide a holistic view of ongoing customer delivery compliance to relevant teams. Collaborating with NGET to ensure compliance with STC and other license requirements. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an individual with leadership and contract management experience, driving high-performance teams and fostering a culture of excellence. You should have a proven track record in customer and commercial management in a B2B environment. Your strong background in project management will enable you to develop and implement systems and processes to deliver complex operations and drive continuous improvement. Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders are essential along with an understanding of regulatory and energy industry landscapes.
