Job Description
We currently have a permanent full time opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join us in Havant.
About the role.
As a Skilled Labourer, you will assist qualified trades personnel to carry out remedial works to a high quality, ensuring that a customer focused maintenance repairs service is delivered. You will be working independently covering Havant and the surrounding areas and will be provided with a van and a mobile device so a full UK driving licence is essential.
To be considered for this vacancy, you must live within 30 minutes travelling distance of Havant to ensure we get to our customers in a timely manner.

Essential experience:
* Proven ability to carry out minor remedial building works to a competent standard such as (but not limited to), groundworks and painting.
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
* Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
* Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
* Ability to operate safely having considered any environmental circumstances and possible risks including working at height(s).
* Must hold a current full UK driving licence.
* Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable experience and qualifications:
* Health and Safety Knowledge.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Level II NVQ or relevant experience.
* Experience of working within the social housing sector.
* Experience of cleaning and clearing homes.
* PASMA.
