* Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with alternating shift pattern 08:00 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 18:00.
Main Purpose of the Job
* To maintain fleets servicing, inspections, MOT bookings, and RFL provision in conjunction with customers and suppliers.
* Maintain/manage vehicle files and compliance documentation storage system.
* Maintain and administer new vehicle build process.
Skills & Personal Attributes Required:
* Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
* Comfortable with basic IT operating systems
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to complete all tasks to a high standard
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Good all-round team player capabilities
* High levels of attention to detail in regards to checking current and historical data.
Main Duties / Responsibilities include:
* Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and notify customers and suppliers of requirements.
* Contact suppliers/customers to make bookings
* Chase bookings to ensure completion and update key 2 to ensure events are maintained and planner is up to date.
* Obtain service sheets and other documents evidencing the work carried out and check they are correct and compliant.
* Carry out scanning of documentation and file as required.
* Maintain strict cost control standards to minimize costs to the company.
* Process incoming proforma invoices and ensure any queries arising are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Carry out and process incoming fines as required.
* Maintain London Congestion account.
* Ensure vehicle mileage records are kept up to date.
* Compile monthly RFL report and report costs as required.
* Renew RFL on due vehicle as required and ensure Key2 is updated.
* DVS registration.
* New build administration.
* Loading vehicles into the system.
* New vehicle file creation and maintenance.
* Processing engineer sheets and updating stock.
* Updating and preplanning new vehicle logistics.
* Any other duties as required.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
