Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team - someone who knows the ins and outs of temp recruitment and is comfortable working across a wide variety of disciplines. ?? What You'll Be Doing: Managing a busy temp desk focused on public sector roles Working across multiple disciplines, including admin, finance, social care, and more Handling end-to-end recruitment : from job brief to placement and post-placement care Utilising vendor portals / third-party systems to manage vacancies and candidate submissions Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike Contributing to a supportive, high-performing team culture ? What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment - ideally with a strong temp focus Public sector experience essential Confidence and capability in working with vendor management systems (VMS) Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset Excellent communication and organisational skills Based in the UK (remote working available - occasional travel to Poole if needed) �?
