Responsibilities
Assist in the processing of income and payments according to company policies.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in income reports.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries related to income and payments.
Monitor incoming revenue streams and report any anomalies to management promptly.
Assist in the preparation of income-related financial reports for management review.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
Proven experience in a financial or administrative role, preferably involving income processing.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay Per Day: £13.47
