Responsibilities for Office Manager
* Scheduling and organising the Director's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to manage project timelines and expectations
* Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the workplace is tidy and functional
* Assisting the Director and team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Managing invoices, processing expenses, and coordinating with the accounting department
Requirements for Office Manager
· Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
