Whilst this is predominantly an administrative role, some hands-on support with tasks may be required from time to time. Job responsibilities Working as a Studio Administrator your role will include: Scheduling photography and video work for the team. Maintaining and updating the photography and video plan with new projects, flagging any potential issues with the Studio Manager. Actioning requests from other teams such as Marketing, Buying and Sales. Taking ownership of the administration of new photo and film content post-production including naming and indexing files, managing cut outs and Photoshop actions. Helping to organise required equipment for the studio and external locations when required. Ad-hoc tasks around our studio and location spaces to support the Studio Manager and the rest of team. Coordinating location shoots, including booking venues, models, and team resource in order to deliver the requirements with the support and direction of the Studio Manager. Organising location permits and securing locations. Sharing contact sheets for approval by the relevant stakeholders. Collating performance data for reporting. Occasionally support members of the team with other tasks such as product assembly / preparation.
