EQUANS is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in based in Coatbridge, ML5 on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 27.25 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.44 per hour and benefits package.
Equans are a facilities management team who manage the Buchanan Centre on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council, as the first point of contact we are looking for a friendly, outgoing and professional individual to represent the company.
Working within the Buchanan Centre a North Lanarkshire Council/NHS Lanarkshire property, the receptionist is responsible for dealing with various telephone and face to face enquiries from clients and members of the public. Must be IT literate.
Please note before applying - there is a degree of flexibility needed due to hours worked. You may be asked to work from 3pm to 8pm or 8am to 13:30pm.

Who are we looking for?
12. Previous experience as a Receptionist would be an advantage.
13. Good understanding of buildings and operations.
14. Good communication skills.
15. Strong team-working skills.
16. Good understanding of Health & Safety.
17. Experience of working in a building or facilities management-related role.
This role includes a Basic DS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
