Our client is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis based in North Birmingham. Please note you must hold an Enhanced DBS that is on on the update service to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process income Accurately record and reconcile payments Handle and process payments received via various methods. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Generate financial reports and summaries as required. Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties regarding payments. Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned. Use of Excel and Spreadsheets for financial reporting and tracking. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Officer/Assistant. Essential: Experience using FMS Strong understanding of financial procedures and best practices. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
