Are you passionate about working in SEN?
Do you have experience of supporting students from 5-17 years old with ASD/SEMH/Challenging behaviours?
If the answer is Yes, then we could be offering you the opportunity to secure a permanent role within an SEN school based in Warrington. The Provision provides a bespoke curriculum to young people who are not able to access mainstream education. Students have a range of SEND including Social Emotional & Mental Health, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Pupils may display challenging behaviour, so excellent behaviour management is essential with knowledge of a range of de-escalation techniques.
Requirements:
1. Experience within SEN (Ideally SEMH / ASD - challenging behaviour).
2. Experience in a school/care/residential setting.
3. Be able to work 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
4. Be able to use own initiative and want to help students progress.
5. Be willing to be flexible.
Additional Requirements:
1. References confirming suitability for role.
2. Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.
3. Eligibility to work in the UK.
