Job Description:
Are you 21-24 years old? Responsibilities:
1. Selling life insurance products direct to customers.
2. Inbound sales.
3. Providing advice to customers on a range of life insurance products.
4. Research industry changes and challenges.
5. Managing your own pipeline.
6. Updating our CRM system accurately.
7. Building strong relationships with your customers.
8. Cross sell and upsell.
9. Dealing with customers through email and phone.
10. Diarising call backs.
11. Working to sales targets/KPI also keeping in line with FCA compliance regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be 21-24 years of age (Due to Grant Funding Eligibility)
2. Proven sales background.
3. Ideally have worked within insurance or financial services; however, this is not essential.
4. Driven and tenacious.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong ability to overcome objections.
7. Works well in a team environment.
