69537 | Customer Services & Claims | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz UK | Full-Time | Permanent Role Description Supplier Relationship Manager, Allianz Legal Protection Salary circa £48k (Bristol - hybrid, with occasional travel to suppliers) The purpose of this role is to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimise the value delivered from Allianz Legal Protection’s supplier relationships. Key measures are customer service, cost control, risk management and other sources of added value. In the role you will be responsible for the day to day management and governance of Allianz Legal Protection’s suppliers, which include panel solicitors and medical agencies. You will lead supplier tendering activity and contract negotiations, working closely with the Legal and Procurement teams to ensure all supplier are managed in accordance with the Allianz Group policy. You will work closely with the Allianz Legal Protection (ALP) Claims team helping to resolve any supplier related issues and if required to facilitate supplier quality reviews. Key accountabilities will include: Build and maintain effective internal/external relationships with key stakeholders. Lead and undertake all legal protection supplier sourcing activity (including tenders and cost negotiation) and supplier management activities; working closely with other parts of Allianz where suppliers are shared. Manage customer delivery, holding regular performance review meetings with suppliers, ensuring service levels are met and issues promptly addressed. Manage risk control of contracted suppliers, tracking and report on supplier governance activity, ensuring all required activity is undertaken and outcome documented. Ensures all supplier management is in line with Group policy as a minimum standard. Support Allianz Legal Protection Claims Team with resolving any supplier related issues and as required in arranging supplier quality reviews. Work with and Support the ALP S&D Team, engaging with and providing MI for distributors around supplier performance. Prepare and submit appropriate supplier related MI for management reporting. About You Technical skills Strong communication and relationship management skills. An understanding of the creation of and adherence to contractual obligations. A good insurance market understanding (preferably legal expenses insurance). Numerical and analytical skills. Qualifications Ideally educated to A-level standard or equivalent. MCIPS - qualified or working towards qualification preferred. Experience Relationship management experience. Supplier relationship management experience (preferred) Customer service experience. Strong relationship and communication skills. Insurance claims or legal expenses knowledge (preferred) Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently.
