Role Description
MySwimCo is looking for a passionate and skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team at the Village Hotel, Swindon. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, one-on-one swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities. Your role will involve tailoring lessons to help clients achieve their swimming goals, whether they are beginners or advanced swimmers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 1-1 swimming lessons to individuals of all ages, from beginners to more experienced swimmers.
2. Assess each client’s swimming abilities and create personalized lesson plans to help them reach their goals.
3. Foster a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for all clients.
4. Demonstrate swimming techniques and provide constructive feedback during lessons.
5. Track clients’ progress and adjust lesson plans as needed to ensure ongoing improvement.
6. Promote water safety and encourage good swimming habits.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming swimming environment.
8. Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Previous experience teaching swimming is preferred but not essential.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people of all ages and skill levels.
3. Passion for swimming and helping others reach their full potential.
4. Patient, approachable, and encouraging nature.
Hours: Completely flexible, tailored to the individual instructor availability and client bookings.
