This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a high-profile finance team, providing critical financial oversight, analysis, and strategic input.
The Role:
As Senior Manager Financial Control Analysis, you will be a key member of the finance team, supporting business unit financial outturn to budgets, financial forecasts, and month-end reporting. You will also play a pivotal role in financial risk management, ensuring robust governance and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial control and analysis activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
* Provide financial and non-financial analysis to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making.
* Identify, evaluate, and advise on alternative sources of business finance and funding solutions.
* Influence and engage senior leaders across the business, providing sound financial guidance.
* Drive financial risk management initiatives, ensuring emerging risks are well understood and managed.
* Lead and develop a finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
* Manage financial operations through periods of significant change, ensuring stability and effectiveness.
About You:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
* Strong understanding of risk management and governance procedures.
* Demonstrable commercial experience with a track record of driving financial performance.
* Experience balancing complex stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
* Broad expertise across multiple financial disciplines, including financial control and OPEX.
* Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders, shaping wider business decisions.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams through change and transformation.
