Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team. The successful candidate will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screening & Coordination: Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates about the recruitment process, including interview details and follow-ups. Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms. Ensure job postings are updated and accurately reflect the roles and requirements. Candidate Engagement: Help in maintaining a positive candidate experience by answering questions and providing updates. Send rejection emails to unsuccessful applicants. Collaborative Support: Support the main recruiter with ad-hoc tasks and recruitment events as required. Attend career fairs and recruitment events to assist with candidate attraction. Onboarding: Support and assist with the onboarding process. Ad hoc administrative duties Requirements: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, or a related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
