Job Description
Job title: Ethos Youth Worker
Department: Grace Foundation – Partner School
Reporting to: Ethos Leader
Location: Tudor Grange Academy, Kingshurst
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week, part time, all year round. Flexibility of working hours may be required with advance notice.
Salary: £23,800 (Pro-rata, permanent contract with 3-month probation)
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays per annum (Pro-rata), secure free parking, death in service (3x basic salary), private healthcare cover & pension.

Job Summary
The Ethos Youth Worker provides tailored support to students, offering interventions and mentoring to address challenges like low self-esteem, anxiety, and behavioural difficulties. They collaborate across the curriculum to embed a values-based approach to learning and create safe spaces, supporting students’ personal, social, and academic development.
