Job Description:
**Position is located ONSITE either 7am3pmor 8am4pm MondayFriday. (position goes until the end of 2024 ifcontractor performs well there is a chance for them to be extendedan additional 6 months)
Candidates are required to havea strong Procurement background purchase orders/ writing SOWs/managing vendors and parts/ contracts/ fixed bids/ accrualsetc.
Coupa systems experience is requiredSAP systems experience is highly preferred but not required (Idealcandidate would have both systems experience)
ISNsystems experience is preferred but can be trained onsite if theydont have experience.

Job Duties:
Enter requisitionson behalf of mill support team for MRO services capital equipmentand operating supplies.
Work with Mill Stores team totransport parts and equipment to final location in theMill
Secure parts staging areas in the mill and stageparts for capital projects
Reconcile bill of materials(BOMs) to part received prior to installation to ensure all partsreceived
Work with appropriate procurement personnel tohelp expedite parts find alternate parts submit invoices andaddress any service issues
Ensure contractors scheduledto come on site are approved in the ISN system and work with themto address any issues prior to arrival date.
Completecontractor safety orientation with contractors prior to starting anew job
Work with appropriate procurement personnel toproactively vet suppliers by category following procurementprocesses and procedures to ensure supply continuity at the Milllevel
Pull daily report of parts pulled from Stores toensure warranties are executed as available
Work withMill host to complete contractor evaluations after completion of ajob
Complete capital project Project Spend Report (PSR)monthly to forecast spending and budget
Work with MillFinance manager to forecast monthly expense spending
Implement Mill cost controls to ensure cost center owners approvespend before requisitioning
Qualifications:
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Ability to work with or experiencein a Procurement/Purchasing role preferably experience in a Milllocation
Experience working with contractor services(electrical mechanical HVAC engineering)
Experiencewriting scope of work (SOW)
Understanding of differenttypes of purchase contracts (T&M Fixed Cost GMax Cost) and whento use each type
Knowledge of how to read a bill ofmaterials and validate parts received match
Experienceworking with vendor front offices to resolve issues (safetytraining invoicing quality of services etc)
Coupasystems experience is required SAP systems experience is highlypreferred but not required (Ideal candidate would have both systemsexperience)
Ability to work with a variety of millfunctions (engineering maintenance operations)
Abilityto work with corporate functions (US and International)
Basic understanding of finance principles (authorized committedspent NPV ROI)
