Prospero Teaching are recruiting for 2 x SEN Teaching Assistants to join SEN School in Croydon. As a SEN Teaching Assistant in a specialist school, you will provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them engage with tasks and adapt materials to suit their abilities. You will promote inclusion by fostering positive peer interactions and ensuring every pupil feels valued. You will implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs), manage behaviour effectively, and provide emotional support. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive.
