* Dispatch technical staff to service calls.
* Develop and implement management procedures that will increase profitability while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.
* Administer and maintain NowCare agreements.
* Create a harmonious and team-oriented environment through communication and involvement with all members of the Technical Services team and fair and equitable distribution of workload among staff.
* Recruit, train and maintain an adequate service staff to accommodate workload while reducing the amount of overtime hours being used.
* Track Service Technical staff goals to ensure they all are met by the next review period.
* Ability to solve problems quickly.
* Meet with clients to ensure we are providing them with the best service.
* Use Talent LMS to ensure the technicians are keeping up with their training.
* Maintain warehouse and ensure parts inventory is properly managed.
* Manage the on-call system and after-hours service is covered by branch techs.
* Perform the quarterly inventory counts.
* Provide annual performance appraisals for the technical staff.
Salary Range: $66,500.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
