Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Full-time CLEANING SITE SUPERVISOR to provide professional facilities services at LD7 Equinix (Slough). As this role will cover multiple sites, you may be required to conduct a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check to cover sites such as Data Centres. By applying to this position, you acknowledge that this may be a requirement of the job role. This position is to work for 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday. Timings will be 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs. You will receive £13.58 per hour, paid four-weekly. Start Date: 09.12.2024 Duties include but are not limited to, managing and supervising all aspects of the operation in line with the client-specific requirements, whilst representing Samsic UK. Recruiting cleaning staff and ensuring new staff are onboarded with the company’s regulatory standards. Monitoring staffing and consulting with your line manager on procedures. Parking on site. About you You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service. You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you. Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable. Training will be provided, however, supervising experience of at least 1 year is preferable. Flexibility to align yourself with the site requirements or the businesses’ needs. Ability to develop client-orientated relationships to effectively present Samsic UK whilst working directly with the client.
