The Role:
* As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide services for spa guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from the spa team.
* Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Spa, focusing on excellent customer care, going the extra mile for every guest.
* Perform a variety of spa treatments for guests.
* Using guest feedback to ensure continuous excellent service is being delivered.
* Ensuring all spa procedures and checks are being completed every day.
* Building and maintaining customer profiles to capture guest preferences and to deliver wow factors throughout their spa journey.
* Develop and lead your team in identifying upselling opportunities.
* Attend regular meetings with the manager and the spa team.
