Working in this three-form school with a 2022 Ofsted rating of Good with features of outstanding for their behaviour and management of SEND pupils. You will thrive if you have a bubbly, outgoing personality that is not afraid to ask for help. You will be supported by SLT and other staff colleagues in your role as you fully immerse yourself into the school community.
You must be available from September to July 25 with no current commitments inside the school academic year.
Requirements
4. Level 2 qualification
5. Experience taking classes or covering in the absence of the teacher.
6. Ability to support intervention groups.
7. Excellent management of behaviour, a confident approach that offers care, support and boundaries.
8. Set up and put into action engaging children within their core subjects that cater to the abilities of all students.
9. Evaluate and examine students' progress in physical activities, providing feedback and identifying areas for development.
10. Contribute to the organisation of school as a whole and develop relationships with school staff.
11. Promote teamwork, and positive attitudes toward health and fitness among students.
