You will have opportunity to work independently whilst also being support by their Facilities and Property Management team, alongside senior staff to boost your professional development. You will be working across a diverse commercial portfolio, overseeing all building management, health and safety regulations whilst supporting budget management. As well as managing your own building 2 days a week and supporting part of the wider portfolio 3 days a week. Acting as a key liaison between facilities management, property management, and the front-of-house team, you will ensure clear and structured communication.
