This role You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, in a professional service, making a real difference to the lives of patients and their families. You do not need palliative care experience (although that would be great) as we offer a comprehensive induction package. Our Hospice in Your Home Team provides planned 1:1 care and a roaming service to people in their own homes.
